Synopsis For the purpose of altering the boundaries of certain board of education districts for the election of the members of the Montgomery County Board of Education; combining a certain split precinct for the Town of Kensington to place all of the residents of the precinct and of the Town of Kensington in one board of education district; and generally relating to precincts and board of education districts for Montgomery County.
