Synopsis For the purpose of requiring the Washington Suburban Sanitary Commission to notify certain local governments and include notice on the Commission’s Web site about a sewage leak under certain circumstances; requiring the Commission to adopt regulations to implement this Act; and generally relating to notice requirements about sewage leaks and the Washington Suburban Sanitary Commission.
