Sponsor Delegation Chairs on behalf of the Washington Suburban Sanitary Commission
Synopsis For the purpose of increasing the maximum preset fines that the Washington Suburban Sanitary Commission may establish for certain violations of certain watershed regulations and for a certain repeat offense; increasing the maximum fine for a first or a repeat offense that a person must pay if the District Court finds that the person violated certain Commission watershed regulations; and generally relating to violations of regulations adopted by the Washington Suburban Sanitary Commission.
