Synopsis | For the purpose of increasing the maximum preset fines that the Washington Suburban Sanitary Commission may establish for certain violations of certain watershed regulations and for a certain repeat offense; increasing the maximum fine for a first or a repeat offense that a person must pay if the District Court finds that the person violated certain Commission watershed regulations; and generally relating to violations of regulations adopted by the Washington Suburban Sanitary Commission. |
