Synopsis For the purpose of repealing the termination date of certain provisions of law relating to an occupational disease presumption under the workers’ compensation law for Maryland–National Capital Park and Planning Commission park police officers who contract Lyme disease under certain circumstances; and generally relating to the occupational disease presumption for Lyme disease under the workers’ compensation law.
