Synopsis: For the purpose of establishing licensing requirements for landlords in Montgomery County; establishing requirements for the installation and removal of cable television systems on the property of a person with a landlord license in Montgomery County and within the individual dwelling units of tenants; and generally relating to landlord licenses and cable television companies and systems in Montgomery County.
